Wait to start light

Hard to say. Would it crank but not start? Did you lose all electrical or just the wait to start light? Don't think the glowplug controller alone can inhibit the start. Losing the cam position sensor input shut shut you down but it will let you crank the engine but won't tell the injectors to fire. All my problems on my 96 came down to the CPS going bad. It caused no starts, jerking at 56-64 miles per hour and random missing. Sometimes relays can act up after they warm up the question being which one could be shutting you down? Good luck

as odd as it sounds, a cam sensor will cause a no WTS light, had it happen on my close friends '97
