Well it turns out the Tranny Filter was in place and the Brake Vacuum is Okay. Know I am back to square one.

sounds like torque converter is locking up in reverse

Parts cost like 3-400$ I would probably charge a customer around here$ 850 total if its 4wd so a regular crook mechanic will probably hit you $1300?

Hello Detroit, turned out to be the master brake cylinder low level switch,- pigtail was the problem. Thanks again
