I figured exhaust and intake were a given, a 17* should be enough to supply 238s all day long. A 15* might have a little trouble up to but could still do the job for the most part.

beans d66 turbo
banks intercooler kit
ffd stage 3 238cc fuel injectors
ts 6 position chip tuned by ffd
driven diesel race fuel system
k&n cold air intake
mbrp 4'' straight piped exhaust system
stealth srp1 hpop
bts transmission
comp 910 valve springs
smith brothers pushrods

they have 100% nozzle's

Your turbo is the limiting factor, I'm gonna guess 450-500 and thats pushing the turbo past its limits. If you had a better turbo you should be over 500

would by any chance a hypermax h2e turbo system be a good one. i was also thinking of that one also

The modded H2E is a good turbo. I have ran an S366 and an S468. The S366 was a fun turbo and would be really fun with some 238/100s

i may consider an s366. i was wanting to get a banks intercooler kit also. would i have to fab up a special elbo to connect the s366 to the banks hot side intercooler tube.

i would look for a SD intercooler, they are alot cheaper. if you buy a T4 kit they should come with a downpipe and one or both intercooler pipes.

i was just looking on iratediesel.com and they had a complete s366 turbo and mounting kit for $2200.00 so i may go ahead and purchase that.
