Default bonjoe bolt help

im in the process of replacing my 2 banjoe bolt gaskets narrowed the fuel leak to the bolt. is it necessary to remove the fuel pump after loosing the bonjoe bolt to replace the 2 washers? ot can I pull the.bolt out and fit.the washers in with the fuel pump still intact

I cut the webbing between the two legs of the turbo pedestal over 100,000 miles ago to change the fuel pump. Easiest way to get to it.
