Default Leaking Valve Seals

Thinking that My truck is smoking so much because of the valve seals leaking while the truck is sitting.
Is this bad for the motor?
Id like to replace the seals, but Thought it may be better to wait until I get a set of injectors to put in at the same time.
What set up do you guys use to check compression or add air into the glow plug ports, and does anyone have a recommendation for a valve spring tool? Im just wondering which tool works best for the 7.3

Yeah it only happens if the truck has been sitting for 12 hours or more. I think I have narrowed it down to t he turbo seals and/or the valve stem seals. I'd like to rebuild the turbo anyway so ill probly start with that

Ok, it's probably not either of those but here's an easy way you can check them. If its white smoke, only when it starts it is likely that you have one or more bad glow plugs, or a bad Or unplugged UVCH. Try this. Get a digital volt-ohm meter and check the resistance of the glow plugs. They should read .9-2 ohms. If its more or open, the glow plug isn't working. You check them by unplugging the plug at the valve cover gasket. There are two plugs per valve cover and in each plug, the outside pins are each glow plug. Just touch the positive lead to either outside pin and negative to a good ground. Do this for all the outside pins in each plug. If you find one out of limits or is an open circuit, pull the valve cover off and see if one or more of the glow plugs are unplugged. The wires just push onto them. I'll bet you have two bad glow plugs.

To check for bad turbo seals, simply loosen and remove the v-band clamp securing the downpipe to the turbo. Look in the downpipe for oily stuff. If its wet or sticky, turbo seals are bad.

Establish these before you start rebuilding a turbo. A really good thing to do also is to move the crankcase vent so that it does not feed into the intake pipe. I turned the crankcase vent around backwards on the driver side valve cover, used a 90* brass fitting and some 3/4" heater hose to run the vent under the truck like tractor trailer truck are. This gets the oil out of the turbo inlet.

I have already done injector o ring and glow plugs. Checked the uvc harnesses and replaced gp relay with stancor. CCV is also flipped around and plumbed to the rear of the truck. Ill check that downpipe this weekend, but there is oil all over my turbo pedistal.

heres a video of the truck cranking from another thread

Let me know if you have any other ideas. Seems to run too good for there to be any injector issues, but this is the first OBS ive owned. My super duty rode and pulled much differently

Also, Pulled my downpipe loose and saw the normal amount of soot, but no oil.
Wouldn't the turbo leak oil into the up pipes if the seals were gone?
Like I said, there is oil all over the turbo pedistal and ebpv junk, so I assumed that that is where it would collect
