icp pressure is your high side oil press. watching the voltage and press. reading could give you a clue if something is goin on with icp sensor or ipr solenoid. Ive also seen ipr goin bad that can cause one to die and then restart and eventually cause a complete no start. Would be a good starting point to watch icp press/volts and make sure they arent dropping out while driving. If your icp sensor is leaking oil out of the top id go ahead and replace it and still do the check.

so i looked at everything and everything seemed good so i put my old cam sensor back in and the truck worked just how it did before so atleast it is driveable now and i just need to replace that with a non faulty one and ill be good to go

My truck was doing the same thing. It would just randomly die, some times it would run fine for days then other times it would happen a couple of times a day. I changed the cam sensor and has not happened again.

What is the condition of your motor oil ? How many miles? What brand? The oil plays a big part in drive ability once it warms up it runs through the injectors better. I'd start with a fresh oil change and if some synthetic is on sale get it. I know my 7.3 loves synthetic.

Then next possibility is injector pressure regulator and check the wiring to it.
