ok makes a lot of sense. should i should check the fuel canisters for leaks? i dont understand y it only does it when its cold out.

should just be one canister on top at the front of the valley, there should be 3 or 4 lines that come out the bottom of it and a drain for when you change filters. i dont understand why it would just leak when it is cold either....

U think its possible its an oring somehwere on the top of the motor somewhere

as far as I know, there is no place where fuel could leak to the outside of the engine, except where the lines connect to the fuel rails in the heads. I dont know if there is anywhere that fuel could reach the outside of the engine from anywhere else.

well is there anywhere it could leak out side that not on the top of the motor?

Front side of the heads.where the fuel goes into the injector supply gallery
