Hey everyone I am not very much knowledge about transmission my transmission grinds into second gear when I I down shift and it grinds when i put into reverse not all the time just random the second gear but the reverse happen more then the second gear any help can help or idea thanks so much

that's a good ol ZF5 for ya i'd say synchros. try shifting with out clutch. just tach it out and wait for it to drop in to the hole. this might take a little practice.
