Default brakes feeling spongy

i have a 1994 ford f350 i have replaced the master cylinder the booster and the vacuum lines and the front brake pads what else could be causing them to feel spongy i mean the rear brakes are good and so are the rear wheel cylinders and it is getting good vacuum from the vacuum pump what does anyone think could be the problem?
