That is a great video. I will find out today of they have done a buzz test. Thanks again for the quick response and I'll keep you posted on what they end up doing to it.

if this is a reacuring problem like it sound check the harness. looks like smells like feels like are your best freind when it come to trouble shooting electrical issues. (its what I do for a living) feel around the wires if they feel really stiff or hard to bend then they have shorted out and burned, need to replace them. I just had to have #7 replaced but this is the first time and I am hoping it is not going to be a problem. the programer that comes with snow perfomance injection kit also had the delete program in it.

The same exact thing happened to my truck. It is a 2008 6.4 L diesel. I had replaced number 7 detector probably three or four times. It was a bad injector harness. I replaced the right side injector harness. No problems ever since. FYI. Open circuit does not mean bad injector or bad PCM. It means poor connection.
