How did you remove the wear sleeve?

 

I haven't done it but I read where you use a small hacksaw blade and cut part way through it then "pop" it with a chisel, they make a fancy tool for it but it is very exspensive, very..

 

I have been on the hunt for a gerotor set, I see posts saying $35 bucks for the ford set, but every place i call says $97. Anyone have a good resource for these?? its a 04 f250 6 liter turbo manu date 5.19.2004 . Thanks
