Yep, still nothing. I'm going to keep checking all the grounds and see what happens.

Found a dicked up ground and got the voltage up but nothing changed. I guess I'm going to have to tear it apart again. I hate these engines with a passion. They are the ONLY ones that have ever given me these kinds of problems.

Doesn't sound like it's an issue with the engine though...

That's what is still throwing me off. It cranked over fine before but wouldn't start, I replace the STC fitting and then it acts like it's got half dead batteries in it.
