You can get just the connectors - though they can be a pain to change out. Check out:

Ford Powerstroke 6.0L Diesel Engine Parts

If you haven't yet sent your FICM off to be repaired somewhere, we'd be happy to repair your FICM for you as well.

Some have also had some luck using the heavy duty 50-75# test HVAC-style zip ties to hold things in.

Thanks for the link Ed! Though if you had to replace all 3 of them... it'd be almost $100 with shipping... at that point I'd probably just get a new harness for the $155 or whatever ($165 with shipping). Hmmm...
