LOL! I didn't know there was a lowly section on DB! LOL! I thought Bomber's are just, all around, the best!!

I'll be glad to get some RevX going to you 6.0L guys whenever you need it. It seems that it makes a huge difference with those 6.0L injectors.

Yeah I see some say this, others say 2 bottles for diesels, 1 for gas jobs. I mean it's not like the Rev-X stays in there... it's an oil additive, so when you drain the oil, out goes the Rev-X, why would only one bottle be necessary next time? Not aiming this directly at you, just thinking out loud here.

I ordered to bottles, my stiction seems pretty bad now. I'm going to try one at first and see what happens, maybe put a few miles on it like this, and add the second and see if I notice a difference.

Also just as a word of advice for anyone running Rev-X, if you ever send oil in for analysis, BE SURE TO NOTE YOU'RE RUNNING REV-X!!! The OA people will think it's coolant leaking in to your oil.

I am pretty sure the reason for 1 bottle after initial install is that Revx is like alot of other addatives wich bond to metal so therefore you only need to maintain it in the system so when it is worn away it will be replaced. Slick50 was about the same the only problem with that was the molecules were too big so it would put too much deposit on parts were clearences were very tight. I have a couple bottles of MilTech, that I am thinking of using, only a couple of ounces, this stuff is military and have never seen it for sale. I use it when rebuilding microsprint motors and have never had a bearing failure, good stuff.
Revx is great stuff but I wish I knew what it was, I would like some technical details on it.

It's mostly just potassium. There was a big write up on it on the ORG, someone sent a clean sample into blackstone or some other oil analysis.

When it first came out everyone was saying 1 bottle after the first use, now everyone is just saying stick with 2 all the way through, it doesn't adhere to anything it simply drains out when you change the oil.

I'm still going to try 1 at first and see if I notice a difference, then see if a second bottle improves beyond that or what... I'll let you guys know when it comes in.
