White smoke on cold start up

When ever I go to start my truck in the morning it's blow white smoke and runs really ruff until it gets warm is this normal for a 6.0 powerstroke with no mods

No it's not normal at all. Read the FICM test procedure at the top of the page, it's more than likely your culprit.
