Default FICM testing

Checking for DC volts when trouble shooting ficm? Also thoughts on Swamps 58V FICM? Performance advantage? Will I pass California smog with the 58V ficm or do things get smokey?

It wont make it smoke anymore. I've heard good things about the Swamps units. I'd check the voltage and go from there. DC is fine, just read the write-up on the test, or PM me for my cell number and I can walk you through it. I fix my own FICM's.

I didn't write it, I just keep copy and pasting it here... I should count how many times a week I copy and paste this link.... it's absurd!

I've been meaning to make one huge thread with all the common 6.0 stuff, including this, and including a lot of part numbers. The thought is there, just need to put it into action now haha. Maybe towards the end of this week I will start doing that, got a lot to catch up on at work right now...
