ok i finally on friday got my sct x3 3000 formatted from sct through my computer. put it on runs great all day friday. go to start it yesterday (sat.) and it acts like the turbo won't spool and just a rough idle. i looked at my mileage and it was blank. so i thought there might be a code so i plugged in my sct and to my surprise it won't communicate with my computer. it says can't read strategy. and the shi**y part is that the sct has my stock profile locked in and wont put it back on my truck. so i have no clue what to do..... any ideas? has this happened to anyone else..? i will be callin sct if i can't figure this out.

 

Sct tech support. They can fix you up.

They were extremely helpful on the phone helping me get mine set up and bugs worked out on some pids to monitor. They are there to help and are not like other tech support people. They are located in the states and speak clear english too. Not like some other tech support lines.

 

yeah i have already delt with them once this week... was hopin i could get it taken care of the first time... but they have great customer service so i am not too worried. but just wish i could drive my rig till then...
