I just pluged in my new x3 to download the strategy to send to Eric at Innovative and it says no strategy found. I have to wait until tomorrow to talk to Innovative but I thought I would ask here just in case it's something I am missing. Thanks.

 

Are you looking at the vehicle info or the custom tunes? You need to scan the PCM to pull the strategy down.

 

I went to vehicle info like innovative said to and selected find strategy, then it read no strategy found. I even tried twice more to make sure. I'll call ID on Monday.

 

Yea...that doesn't sound right. I know the SCT will clue you to turn the key on but not to start the motor. Maybe the SCT is defective somehow.

 

Talked to an SCT Tech this morning and got everything worked out.

 

What was the issue so if this happens to anyone else they can search for this!!!
