Mine goes in the same way, haven't been turned down for warranty work yet, and the vegistroke is on there too. They always threaten to do something about it, but they always end up fixing it!? I could care less if they fix mine under warranty or not, but I'm not making the call. I leave it up to them and they fix it so it boils down to what the dealer wants to do. Not having a cat shouldn't do anything to your warranty.

 

ya they rejected me when i took it in to get my turbo replaced from that sound, you posted on the thread not long ago im sure you remember. they said removing it voided the warantee and they couldnt cover it so i paid out of pocket. i just got the news on my truck now. its the hpop and they said 1600 to fix it. 800 for the pump itself any ideas where i can find a cheaper pump?

 

There really is no replacement pumps. You could probalby get a used one from the forums, but that's kind of taking a shot in the dark. OEM or call Bob Riley @ Dieselsite and see what he has to say. I can't believe they voided your warranty for the cat being gone. How stupid. I would have taken it somewhere else. The technician working on my truck doesn't have a cat or muffler on his truck either.
