I am hearing a really slow cranking vehicle.

ICP is injection control pressure. It controls the oil that fires the injectors. Directly related to the HPOP

You need a good scan tool or scan gauge to monitor ICP.

Are you 100% sure the FICM is good? Did you use the correct screw and use a good ground?

I HAD 48 .5 DC VOLTS KEY ON

had 48 dc volts cranking until starts

Talked to Ted at inovative diesel and ordered rebuild 57 volt unit

They are back logged right now ...waiting for return units

so they can modify

I replaced the coolant hose i broke taking off the collant resevoir

whole piece was 56.00 from water pump to heater hose/ coolant bottlle

Yes I did and it is good. The only thing I didn't do was check while cranking. But key on and while running the ficm was good.

My truck is doing the same thing and showing same symtoms

i had 48.5 volts key one
i had 48.5 volts cranking (cold engine)

On the scan tool showed 40 volts running (mac tools scanner)

cleared all the codes....

right away came up low voltage to all 8 injectors
I had 8 faults come up showing injectors

then i had the P0611 code.......

Cold outside today.....truck pluged in over night
Started like it was in TEXAS AGAIN....

So i am taking out the module and sending it to ERic and TEd at Innovative....

Too bad no truck for at least 10 days....

Sounds good, keep us updated! I'm going to be modding mine to 58V in the next couple weeks too! Going to be doing it myself though! Can't wait!

WELL i am happy this morning
the truck turned over fast and started right away
I did not cycle the glow plugs
it is cold today in ontario
the 58 volt system is an amprovement over the 48 system....
The ficm came pre flashed and bolted straight in

Now i have ordered my fuel gauge auto meter C2 0 to 100 psi and Pod
I will install this weekend

Today i plan to put it thru the scanner one more time and check running voltage on FICM
