1: Your batteries are weak
2: You are waited very long before you start cranking. Crank that thing right when the GPL goes off.
3: Check your FICM voltage. It seems like it is gone.

Batteries will help!

I'm not sure I completely agree with #2 there. There are times when I leave mine unplugged in the frigid temps it struggles to start if I don't leave the GP's on for a little while after the light goes out.

The plugs stays on for 90-120 seconds once the key is turned on. The GPL length and cycle is determined by IAT and EOT.

Glow plugs are hard on batteries and they are even harder on batteries that are not good ^^^^^ like the OPs.

Either way the OP needs to check his FICM and it is a very good possibility that those weak batteries killed it

That's good advise. The batteries are good I put 2 optima yellow top in 1 month ago. I need to check my ficm but haven't yet, also I just switched to 5w-40 t6 and revx and it made the truck run smother but it's still hard to start. And btw I did the stock tune video then the hot tune video back to back.

You need to check your starter and alternator. Your truck turns over very slowly for having new batteries.
