trans problem? late shifting

i just put in a new trans a few months remanufactured with a shifty kit and a low stall billet converter now it shifts late and its eratic could it be the speed sensor?

You're posting in the 6.0 section, so you'd probably get a better response in the 7.3 section. The 4R100 and the 5R110 are two completely different animals...
