Banjo bolt do or dont
yea i am probly going to buy a set still trying to talk my self in to doing it really trying to figure out why ford put in the check valve but if nobody has had any thing mess up i guess i should.
Good question. I have a fuel pressure gauge in my truck so when I turn the key I can watch the pressure goes up. It will bleed back off with those "check valves" in there anyways so it's kind of pointless. If it tells you anything with my vegistroke, it needs check valves in the front of the heads and they use new ones, not the Ford ones, since they don't actually work. I ran with the ebay banjo bolts all summer long, never had any issues. Just turned the key and went.
And yes your right, These things are expensive, but boy are they fun. A guy asked me the other day "why don't you sell your truck and get a car or something and have less payments?" I said " I can't stop
It's too much fun!!!!"
