Default how to get more turbo psi?
i think im only getting 20 psi.. is there a way to turn it up??

Get an SCT with custom tunes.

Boost isn't always what's making the power. Timing has a huge role in that. On my extreme tunes from Innovative Diesel, at WOT I see about 22psi. If I am in overdrive and I roll into it, I can max out the 35psi gauge.
