Default 6.0 Oil Cooler Replacement

I am replacing my oil cooler due to oil in the coolant. My egr cooler is the round type and is supprisingly clear for 91,000 miles. I'm not sure what type of sealant to use when re-attaching it to the intake. Also does the round coppr gasket need to be replaced. I purchased a Chilton's Manual but is worthless in this area. Please help!!

If you mean the copper washers for the fuel bowl... I have always reused those. The EGR cooler should have o-rings that are reusable as long as they are not torn. Make sure to install a blue hose that connects the EGR cooler and oil cooler. The original orange one has been known to leak
