I smell coolant when I have 25 pounds of boost
Yeah oil cooler failure will do that, and it will lead to EGR cooler failure and headgaskets. It's just one long snowball effect. Might want to look into a coolant filter setup from www.dieselsite.com too, it will prevent the oil cooler from clogging in the future. 6.0 blocks are sandcast from the factory and your coolant system is actually pushing sand through the system over time as it falls off the casting marks. It's about $120 too, well worth the investment.
Yea... that coolant filter system they sell for the superduty works well and fits nicely too. took me abotu 30 mins to install mine. I cut my old filters open each time and it is amazing all the grit from casting that was left in it.
