Fuel pressure gauge first. You don't need the spring if your fuel pressure is fine. The spring in the fuel bowl regulates the fuel pressure to the injectors (should be at 55psi). If the spring is weak it bleeds pressure off too early and that kills injectors. If it's not weak, there is no point in replacing it.

A fuel pressure gauge tells you exactly what is going on with your truck.

Those canned tunes are OK, but custom tunes are where it's at with an SCT. Those numbers they gave you are crank probably, definitely not RWHP. Most of the hot custom tunes are about 140rwhp gain over stock.

Some trucks are OK with the tunes, some will drain the pressure down just because of how much fuel they're using. A fuel pressure gauge will let you know.

Also I always feel it necessary to tell everyone running a K&N. Not a fan, and you will find on the boards a LOT of 6.0 owners will not run them. I simply wont run them from past experience in my off-road racing years. I've personally seen them suck dirt, and I can only imagine it's worse on a boosted application.

That's my .02
