I have 168,000 kms on it now. I was thinking turbo seal at first but now its missing and running really rough, like the whole truck shakes and vibrates at idle and at around 80-90 km/h. I bent a pushrod about 4,000 kms ago not sure if that helps.

 

Would a leaky injector seal cause high pressure oil to leak into the fuel or combustion chamber?
