agreed.

Okay, my truck has been at the dealer all day. I called them not to long ago and they said it is not going to be done today, but it was the high pressure oil line seal.

Okay picked the truck up last night. Didn't cost me a dime. They replaced both dummy plugs(whatever those are), both o-rings torn(I'm guessing from the high pressure oil line), and a stc fitting from high pressure oil pump. Starts a lot better, three to four cranks now until start instead of six to eight.

Yup - the emissions warranty is great coverage (and no deductible)!

I've had to pay for every damn deductible every time mine has been in, including for egr coolers, which should be emissions. Thanks a lot FERD! I could have bought some BMF wheels with the amount of deductibles I've paid.

Mdub - contact the Ford customer service number. They should re-imburse you for covered repairs. I have been very fortunate. I was never charged deductible at any of the dealerships I went to. Some dealerships will charge you, but they will promise to EVENTUALLY re-imburse you (once they file w/ Ford). Don't know why it is done two different ways, but I sure do like the dealerships that don't ever charge you!!!
