Ford does not recommend any more than 5% bio diesel. I would personally not run it at all. It plugs filters, and beats the hell out of the fuel injectors.

Since the fuel injector life on a 6.0 truck already rivals the life of a copper electrode spark plug... LOL

If you're dead set on using it, make sure you keep the filters good and clean (low fuel pressure KILLS 6.0 injectors, or any diesel fuel injector for that matter.) and make SURE it's 5%

Ford has done independent testing on bio-diesel from several different locations, marketed as 5%, and have found concentrations upwards of 95% bio-diesel.

So just be careful.

AND DO NOT USE BIO DIESEL IN A 6.4 TRUCK.
