If you can get a datalogger on it to get all the pid data I'd like to see all the numbers it produces.

you sure the fuel supply is there? does the truck have a metal or plastic fuel tank ? many of the trucks with metal fuel tanks are having troubles delaminating the coatings inside them, really screws up the whole injection system....... all pumps along the way are usually garbage.

it is common for the hi pressure oil fitting to blow out the o-ring seal then the oil just dumps back into the engine on the 03 - 05 powerstrokes. normally it will throw a 2290 or 2291 icp pressure low code ford has a revised part for that problem you say you get 400 psi at cranking should be 500 plus. i would think a little either spray would get you to 500 psi and she may start. old part # on the fitting is w301727 it has been updated to a kit.

sprayer b-12 in the intake and see if its starts. when it does you probaly have a high presure oil leak like from the high presure fitting, stand pipe o-rings branch tube etc

Im not trying to sound stupid here (you have probably thought about it already) but have you check to make sure there isnt any fuses blown. If you had a sensor sort out or something it could have blown a fuse.

If it has an 04 motor in it, this doesn't apply. The STC fitting did come about until the 05 MY. This engine will still have the cast iron HPOP cover. (Assuming it's an 04 or 03 engine in an 04 truck)

Is the ICP mounted to the valve cover or the HPOP cover since you don't want to give me your phone number to call you and help you figure this out.
