I'm a delivery guy not a mechanic. I've got a 2005 E 450 box truck bought new in September 05. 105k miles. Used daily on short runs. Died on me Friday 8/26. Brought to shop I've used for 14 years. Was told main harness is crumbling and a battlefield fix was done. Repaired 2 burned injectors and replaced some wiring. Told me that it was at best a temporary fix and if I continued to operate it would "burn to the ground". Problem seems to be availability of a replacement harness is not available. Sorry for long story....Advice
