Blown fuse
#1
#2
Power from fuse #116 covers a fair bit of territory.
Does fuse #22 also blow?
Does the fuse blow with the key turned to on, or do you have to crank to blow the fuse?
It feeds the FICM and the fuel heater. Since Ford eliminated the fuel heater (not needed), that connector may be a place to look. If the wiring has an open plug/connector that was intended to plug into the HFCM heater, then corrosion could be present and a short could happen. I would check that plug (located at the HFCM).
Also, power to the fuel pump relay comes from that circuit. That relay is integral to a circuit board inside the CJB (fuse box under the dash - drivers side).
Ultimately you may have a CJB issue. Do you see any signs of moisture above or on the CJB?
