Hot when pulling

Dreaded 6 liter .runs hot only under load .had new ford upgraded oil cooler .egr valve cooler .egr cooler and both high and low pressure pumps installed 6 months ago ...Factory Gauge goes from middle to red in seconds ..anybody got a clue ..has 6k miles since 5000$ spent

Ever check it with a scanner to see if a bad or faulty sensor?
