See if someone can help out. I have a 05 f350 4x4 6.0 the issue is it loses power going down the road and eventually shuts off and once shut off I can crank the truck again and it will do the same thing until I park it I replaced the EGR valve and new batteries. Has anyone had similar problems?

 

Lots of guys have had lots of problems with the 6.0, Any codes ? The ficm is a known problem with them, among others.

 

Well I just noticed every time I slam the drivers side door it shuts off

 

I'm guessing your harness is disconnecting or you have a ground wire issue

 

Well I have a red emergency shut off **** on side of my seat well short story the ground came loose and tightened it up replaced the switch and runs like a animal now
