Default Weird Whining/Moaning Noise

Hey guys, I have a 2006 Powerstroke long bed extra cab with 78k on it. I drive it back to work daily which is only about 14 miles. About a year ago I got a new factory turbo, FICM, all new boots, exhaust gaskets, bulletproof egr, and bulletproof oil cooler on my truck. After I got it back from the shop I noticed a weird whining noise coming from the engine compartment, but since it had all sorts of new stuff on it, I just assumed it was what a HEALTHY 6.0 must sound like. However, I feel I might be wrong now! I have ordered a new degas bottle cap but I have my doubts thats what it is. Here is the address to my video that has the noise that I am hearing.

Thanks!

you might try loosening the belt up and then checking all the pulleys and even the A/C pump pulley, they will wine for a while before they fail, quite a few people have had the AC clutch bearing fail and it will stop the motor and make it seem like it is seized up

Thanks bobfbigman! I was listening to the truck the other day as I was letting it warm up instead of going back into the house, and the exhaust sounded like someone blowing over a bottle top. I am thinking that there is just an exhaust leak somewhere. The more audible investigation I have done has lead me to believe that the noise isn't actually coming from the front but in the exhaust system somewhere. I tried doing a quick visual inspection every time its warming up to see if there is a visual leak (considering its been in the negative degrees) and nothing so far. The other thing I was thinking is maybe since there are aftermarket manifold gaskets, maybe thats causing a variation in the noise in the exhaust system.
