Ball Joints
Alright guys i have to do ball joints on my 2004 f250. im wondering how much fun am i goin to get myself into and if there are any good tips and tricks you guys may have done to make it easier. Any help will be appreciated.
I've successfully done dozens of ball joint and u joint jobs using the Harbor Freight kit. Not in the same league as OTC and Snappy is pro-level extreme with its size range and captured cup system, but the HF unit will get the job done for $29.95 on sale. I also carry one in my trail kit. Greatly aids in hammering out joints on broken front axles.

it can be done but it involves alot of hitting with a heavy hammer.
