Default 6.0 Still Sick

Hey Guys
This 6.0 is driving me nuts. If this keeps up I will surely end up with my own episode of Dr. Phil. The engine is completely powerless. It is slow to rev and is smoking the blues out the tailpipe. If you rug it, it will rev slowly to 2500 or so, then take off and rev up to 3500 or 4000 like it should. The turbo sounds like it is spooling at higher rpm's, but not at low or midrange.
There are no codes. So far, I have put in a FICM and the volts show good at all times, 3 new injectors, "Blue" spring kit, Ford filters, new oil, and I've cleaned the turbo. I ran a cylinder contribution test and it shows fine after the new injectors, with no misfires either felt or recorded on screen.
I've been working on this thing, off and on, since January, and have yet to turn a wheel on the road.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Clean the turbo yet?? Take apart the turbine side and inspect.

Are you running stock exhaust? Have you checked the exhaust back pressure sensor and tube for clogging? Does the truck still have egr?

make sure your MAP sensor hose is hooket to the intake on the pass side and also make sure the hose is not broken. When this hose is off it will run like total crap, it will idle all day long but you will have to get out and push if you want to get to 50mph. the MAP hose has that black plastic rap on it and it goes from just behind the alternator to the map sensor which is right near the oil fill tube. Also pull on it some to make sure it is on the nipple and not a bolt stud on the intake

Lack of power sounds like EGR or the oil cooler but the blue smoke says me head gaskets.

I had really bad cold start problems and i used rev-x performance oil additive and it completely fixed my issue. Starts right up in the morning no problems

update...
Still working on it . I tore the turbo apart...again. I found the Unison ring may have been sticking - too aggressive with the anti-seize maybe. Used dry graphite this time. Removed the VGT solenoid and rocked the rack and piston assy back and forth to ensure it was free. The EGR was cleaned previously, by the way. I did, however, find the EBP sensor was plugged almost solid with carbon - the pipe was clear - cleaned out both. I have no idea if it had the re-calibration to remove EBP input. It does have a re-cal sticker on the door post, but it is faded and can't be read. I also cleaned out the MAP sensor port in the intake (no Bob, it wasn't connected to a bolt) - choked with carbon also, but I believe it was still flowing.
Next... maybe test OHMs on the VGT solenoid and try to cycle it with 12v and a battery - got to find something broken to hold in my hand and say "this was it".

OK - back together and still runs like a POS. Seems fine when cold, but when it gets warm, it doesn't have the power to do a thing. It runs like somebody is holding a wet towel over the intake. It will rev normally to 2000, but when you really tramp on the throttle, it will just hold there (2800 - 3000) gulping air and spewing smoke - after holding the throttle right down for a bit, it will "take off," clean up, and rev right up.
Funny - it crackles like a good little diesel until it gets warm, but after it warms up it goes noticeably quieter and will not rev.
VGT test indicates all is good, but the scanner will not read EBP, so it has likely been disabled by the re-calibration.
Disconnecting the EGR does nothing either way.

I was wondering now about a plugged Cat? If it was plugged, though, it would run crappy when it was cold too. If it was, the MGP should go way up when you rev it.
It did seem to be over-fueling a bit with the old injectors, and I suspect it has seen more than its share of idling over the years.
GRRRRR!
