Default no codes, rough idle, stalls

i have a 2006 e350 6.0l

recently bought used.
has been running fine for a couple of months now

a few weeks ago it threw a p0299 code at me as well as the EP code so i cleaned the EP sensor and the tube.
this week the truck idles rough, has almost no power and threw codes (3 or 4 of them)associated with the ICP sensor
got home to look in bible and find sensor. the ICP sensor was not properly connected so i clipped it back on.
the truck isnt giving me any codes but the power and stalling issues persist

what should i check next?

The reason the ICP was disconnected was because the sensor is bad and it will run better with it unplugged but it won't run its best. I would start by replacing the ICP sensor and then cleaning the EGR valve, a clogged egr valve can hang up and cause poor power and can make it take forever to spool up
