Default 07 550 turbo problems

http://i804.photobucket.com/albums/yy325/bulldog77/2013-03-06_08-05-09_126_zpse0a3b842.mp4
This started happening a day after the company bought the truck. I replaced with another used turbo and it still does it but not as often. No boost leaks anywhere and isnt lacking on power. Plus the other 07 550 we have sounds like it has a massive boost leak sometimes at idle but not all the time, again, cant find any leaks and is not lacking on power. The one in the video has been deleted and the other has the sinister egr kit on it. Any suggestions?

kinda looks like it is sticky veins in the turbo, you can pull the turbo and clean it up, I believe th is a How To on this at the top of the 6.0 section, also should be able to find a video on youtube. This happens with trucks that sit alot or idle alot, running them hard every now and then will help keep them clean but once they are gummed up it has to be taken apart and cleaned, its realy not too hard.

When I replaced the turbo on the deleted 07 I cleaned the turbo. And this all started after I was pulling a load with a pretty strong head wind and did all it could to keep it at 60 mph. Up to the point before pulling the load it was running great with no problems.

have you checked all the boots to make sure none are torn , also the plastic CAC tube is known to crack and it will release pressure when building boost, if it is the plastic tube replace it with the mtal one like the 03 and early 04 trucks had.
