Default Swapping from bullydog to sct. Is it safe?

So I'm swapping over to sct(finally) from my bullydog pmt. if I just uninstall the bullydog from the truck and plug in the sct it won't make my truck lock up will it? Somebody said something about a "fingerprint" on the computer or something?

if the bullydog is completely uninstalled from the truck you shouldn't have any problems

I had no problem doing this. It was the best thing I ever did getting away from that bully dog.

SCT is the way to go on Ford PowerStroke. Any other tuners will over boost your turbo or things like that. Never run anything but SCT in powerstroke

BullyDog will leave behind the timing tables. There may be a Delete KAM option on your SCT. Try that and then load the SCT tuning
