LOL yeah, much better! What you're buying there is what Pensacol Diesel considers as a reman injector... swap o-rings, send it back out! hahaha

 

Ok update: Replaced the stand pipes dummy plug and stc. She still will not fire on her own. When driving there is loss of power like it wont get above 70-75. When you come to a stop or give her a quick hit on the throttle she will idle down real quick and die. But if you keep feathering it .... she will slowly idle on her own again.

But i did notice when you turn on the ignition and the fuel pump kicks in it makes a hissing noise up by the top fuel filter. No leaks from the cap or lines just a hissing coming from the main line into the housing. Like high pressure air or something. I dont know if any of you ever worked around huge natural gas lines but it sounds like that.

 

that noise would be the fuel going past the pressure regulator.

 

Did you do the o-rings on the injectors?
