Default 2005 f250 powerstroke smoke issue

I have a 2005 f250 powerstroke, 259000 miles on it, im second owner, truck just started to blow white/blue smoke out pipe smells like diesel fuel, go down road about 2 0r so miles and it clears up, truck idles fine, runs with no loss of power, temp gauges all look good, what could it be? I was smelling antifreeze sweet smell when I came to a stop and found antifreeze burping from degas bottle, put new cap on and nothing is leaking now. Called dealership to ask about truck since it was all ways serviced there from previous owner, he told me the truck had a lot of work done to it from previous owner and that it was a good truck. when I smelled antifreeze I asked him about the hg's and he told me no it wouldnt be them to check egr,oil cooler. 3 days later this smoke has started. Just did oil change last week, i have only put 2 tanks of fuel through since I bought it but fuel mileage is really bad 12.3 mpg. When truck is not plugged in it starts real ruff sounds like a injector, plugged in it starts great. All confused on what to look at. Thanks Also this is a stock unit

Mine doesn't like the cold either. I put in 8oz of RevX and saw some HUGE positive changes. It doesn't blow NEAR as much smoke on cold starts, and it idles better at cold start up. I've read that Archoil 9100 (16 oz) is an alternative to RevX, but I'm not gonig to debate which is better.

As far as coolant smell goes, remove EGR valve, if it's wet, then it's time for either an EGR cooler delete or replacement/upgrade.

Stock as in no lift/big tires stock? I roll 35s and sometimes see in town mpg in the 12s.

Has anyone heard of using hot shot's secret that you get at tractor supply or rural king there is a few more stores that cary it. Its stiction eliminator, i guess it cleans the back side of the injectors where oil builds up on, my dad told me about it today after I told him what issues I had. Hot Shot's Secret

Some use that, and I know it's popular on another powerstroke site... but most use rev-x. Including me. Rev-X is also a sponsor here.

I believe KT performance on here has the best deal on it, including free shipping.
