They should be listed right on their website, most filter companies have that all listed. I couldn't find the toughguard on their website though, that's why I'm confused.

While flow rates are very important, for this specific application the filter design itself is also very important. I was going to talk all about it, but then Lilpooh posted this fuggin awesome video!!!

Pretty much anyone but Ford/Motorcraft or Fram. I have used Amsoil filters in the past, but even know I probably wouldn't use them again.
