It is not the camshaft sensor, that is a very common code when you have a long crank and no start. Make sure the FICM is plugged in good, did you hear the connectors snap into position? It can take alot of cranking to fire it up after you have the oil rails off.

I still can't get my engine start up. I didn't crank no longer than 20 sec.. I am worry to burn out the starter.. Shall I crank for a minute to see if it build up?
I feel like it doesn't get any fuel into the injectors at all.
I get engine oil pressure read on the gauge. But I don't get any pressure read on my ICP? could that be because of ICP is bad?
Here is a screenshot from a OBDII.

I plan to drop off my oil pan today to see if those head screws are there.

which oil rails do you have? the straight log type or the pretzel type? if it's the pretzel type did you install a new standpipe and dummy plug while you were in there? Also check to mke sure the butterfly valve is open under the intake elbow, they won't run without air.

The pretzel.
No, but I checked the seals are still in a good condition no burrs or frayed and I only changed the injectors one side of passenger.
yes, i have butterfly valve on full open.

Right now I will attempt to do a long 1 minute crank to see if I get any pressure is building up on ICP sensor.

We need ICP desired and ICP actual...

Sounds like you still have air in the system if your ICP actual is 0 though...

Just out of curiosity, how's the oil level in the truck?

He found the issue, he started a new thread, it was the new injector, must have been built on a Monday because they didn't install the oil supply Oring in top of injector
