If you have the mechanical skills of a caveman, and like taking 10 steps back then yeah it's great. I'm not going to get into it and ruin this guys thread.
His engine is not destroyed, and there's no plus side to ruining any engine, so I ask that if you have anything useful to add to the thread, please do so.
Saranay, any luck getting those pieces out man? Did you end up dropping the pan?

I attached x4 magnetic plates under the oil pan and hopefully it will catch them before entering the oil pump.

Now is another issue is to get my truck started. I have my fuel regulator installed, fuel pressure is 53-55psi. Oil pressure level is pumped up when is on crank and batteries are new. But engine doesn't start to check. Everything is ok.
But I have noticed one thing. One of the red main wire harness that connected to the battery on passenger is heated real hot when I tried to crank up. And now the wire is hot and burn if I just turned the key at on position.
Could that be a bad wiring harness also?

It will take some cranking to get the air out of the High pessure oil system before it will start, just make sure you have it on a charger while you are cranking to get it started. I t will also run rough for a little while until the rest of air is out. Check connections on both batteries to make sure they are clean and check the wire right at the connectors to make ure they aren't corroded through.

I spent hours starring down the hood. I have the scanned codes.
P0113
P0671 to P0678 = Cylinder # Glow Plug Circuit/Open
P2614
P2617
Could that small piece of screws causing this? or wiring harness is going bad? Any option.. or I might have to tow it to the shop for a couple K

No luck to start it up. The wiring harness power that connected to a battery on passenger side is short circuited i think!? Because it gets heat up fast I had to pull the connection out from battery.

P0671-P0678 - glow plug circuits... my guess is something is unplugged still on that side?
P2614 is camshaft position sensor
P2617 is crankshaft position sensor. The CMP and the CKP are both falsely thrown codes when the truck is cranked a bunch and not started. I'd ignore those.
None of these point to a no start condition (maybe glow plugs if it was below freezing). Reading through this thread, I'm not really sure what you were even doing in there? Bob mentioned something about the HPOP? Did you do an HPOP replacement? If so, it's probably going to take a while to get the air bled out, especially if you didn't fill the HPOP reservoir with oil.
If you have access to a scanner, check ICP actual, ICP desired, and IPR duty cycle and let us know what they are when cranking.
My guess is you don't have any smoke coming out when cranking right? Meaning the injectors are not firing, most likely because there is no high pressure oil being built yet.

Thank you for advises, Mdub707.
It began with I replaced a new seals and copper for the injectors on passenger side. Injector #8 seals blew out while I was towing. Then I forced it to start and kept going to pull out from the highway. That is when all the whole shebang happened. Tried to install the injectors back and accidently dropped 2 screws T40&T30 into that oil drain hole in the head vavles. Posted image on my 1st post.
I still haven't remove a pan to pull it out yet. But I placed a big magnet on to my oil pan and hopefully it will catch it
No I have not replace HPOP. It still in a good condition last time I have pressure checked and replace a new seal.
Yes, it doesn't smoke out at all when i cranked. It feels like the injectors are not firing. My last result is try to replace a new camshaft position sensor. See if that is the cause of this case.
