depends on how long is has been sitting. year and a half? fire it up! any longer than 2 years and fuel will be starting to go bad.

My Peterbilt sat about 20 yrs unstarted. 2 good batteries and some air in the tires had it running and driving home. Ran fine.

may be a good idea to take a spare fuel filter with you in case algae or debris clogs it. but at only 6 months it is not too likely.

It will need to prime its self......crank it a bit... might think about adding some fresh fuel as well... can also prime the fuel filter with atf ... its thicker and helps get things moving
