When you take it to the rebuilder, they should ask you if it was turbo or not, some will ask you if you want to turn it up. I strongly suggest a pyro first, I can get my 6.9 to 1k and it's just turned one flat

I replaced my fuel lines and went right past the tank switch.... run from tank to lift pump and then line from mechanical pump to Injection pump......... solved my entire issue.... then i replace the fuel lines from the front tank up to the bed where I know have a 70 Gallon side mount tank from a box truck......plumed it all into the stock tank switch.... let me know how this all works out....

The only electronic part is the switch, if you run a fuel line from a gas can to your ip, if it's good it will pick up fuel. Try this and see if it will run

How long will it idle? If you rev it up does it do the violent shaking, how far down the road can you go

I'm having same basic issue... Thinking of by passing tank selector valve altogether (only have the main tank in the truck)and running rubber from just before tsv on tank side to new lift pump
I installed, one question is do i need to change anything with the return line when i do this? The fuel water seperator has already been bypassed. Also considering changing over to an electric pump back by the fuel tank... Any thoughts?
