Found a decent 93 f350 it's factory turbo engine, my questions are do these trucks run in tank electric pumps or does the motor have Its own lift pump and just a pick up in the tanks? Also what should I look out for with these engines? I'm really just looking to put my 12v cummins into it so it would come out but if they're decent perhaps I'd run the ole girl. Thanks in advance.

 

main thing and biggest thing to watch of is cavitation. ask previous owner about SCA's and coolant changes.

as for pump, yea it is on the pass side of block under the alternator. looks like a regular SBC fuel pump.
