Default 1986 f 250 diesel non turbo

hey i have a f 250 4x4 suppost to be 6.9 diesel it has some conections like if it was turbo before. butthe issue is that i never hear the fan clutch working all the time is permanently spining when i drive it start overheating but if i stop acelerating it gets cool again its this fan clutch suppost to be like that or not can some one tell me please?

The fan clutch is suppose to kick when your motor starts to heat up witch would be around the N-R on your tempature guage. You should here it start roaring when it kicks in. If that doesn't work change the thermo stat and or the water pump, if not check your radiator and you can flush it with meratic acid but be real quick only 2-3 mins it WILL eat your tanks up

Check your fan clutch. Sounds like the fan is disengaging to soon.
